great location room safe
location was great near plaza de espana. the room included a safe for valuables and i thought it was a great addition.
the walls seemed very thin, and i could hear noises from other rooms sometimes.

The location near Plaza de España was convenient. My room was clean. The bed was super comfy. I liked having a coffee machine available 24/7 near reception.

the room was clean and its bed was a good size. breakfast had good parking and its location near plaza de espana works well. its a great breakfast too.

While the hotel has two lifts, there are currently no disabled-friendly rooms available. However, plans are in place to add two such rooms next year. Can late check-out be arranged during a stay?
